Domain Name System Management
Domain Name System (DNS) Management.
There are 3 basic things needed for a website to function:
One of the most common scenarios is this:
Customer A bought their domain name 5 years ago and they have had several employees (employees A through F) work on the website. Somewhere along the way, an employee (let's blame Employee D) decided he didn't like to use the company who you purchased the domain through and changed it to one that he likes. Pretty common actually; some are easier to use than others so it makes sense to use one that you understand. Over time, the Domain Name, The Website Hosting Company and DNS all end up in three different places and NO ONE knows ALL of the login information and Passwords necessary to functionally manage the website.
This is a COMMON occurrence.
We take the time to ferret out all of this information and either consolidate it into one place as much as possible, or document it so that you have everything you need to be able to maintain control of your website services.
